These Terms of Service govern your use of Coin Flip (Android package: com.studiosoctave.coinflip), published by Studios Octave ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Publisher and contact

2. Permission to use the app

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for its intended lawful purpose. You may not redistribute, sell, modify, or reverse engineer the app except where applicable law permits; use it unlawfully; or interfere with its normal operation or third-party services it uses.

3. Your content and device

You are responsible for information you enter and for keeping your device and its backups secure. App features may store preferences or other app data on your device. Their availability can depend on your device, Android version, permissions, and backup settings. We do not promise that locally stored data will always be recoverable.

4. Advertising and third-party services

The app currently uses Google AdMob for advertising. We may change or add ad networks or mediation providers. Ads and links are supplied by third parties; their availability, content, and destinations are controlled by those providers, not by us. Your interactions with advertisers are between you and the relevant third party. See the Privacy Policy for information about advertising-related data processing.

5. Updates and availability

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features or the app, including to address security, compatibility, or legal requirements. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every device.

6. Intellectual property

The app and its original materials are owned by Studios Octave or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership to you. Third-party components remain subject to their respective licences and terms.

7. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the app and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend or end access if reasonably necessary to address misuse, security, legal, or operational concerns.

9. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms when the app or applicable requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after the new terms take effect means you accept them, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply where you live. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
